Everyone can agree that living now is most important thing for our life. but, as you realize in a little times of meditation, It is not that easy. Yes, we have a plenty of thoughts on every day. and It forbids us from concentrating on present. Even most of thoughts flow to negative thoughts that makes stress and anxiety, hate, low self-confidence, distrust… so, how can we get rid of these things?

Meditation is the solution! It can help you realize what is the fundamental reason for us to have all the distracting thoughts and negative mind such as anxiety, fear, hate, bothersome, melancholy…. and make us realize how useless it is for us to be obsessed with those things. after recognition, we can eliminate those things by meditation.

Let’s assume our mind is muscle. then we can say meditation is the exercise that empowers the muscle. With meditation, you will have strong mental health and you can concentrate on the work you are doing now and you can live only now. How to meditate

Maybe, you found out it is not easy for you to meditate deeply, and long by yourself. Because there are many distractions near you. for example, If you have a family, you have to take care of them and if you are extremely busy, there would be no time for meditation at all. Moreover, the most serious problem, you always have distracting thoughts in your head which stop you from focusing on what you need to do. there are many kinds of distracting thoughts such as relationship in the job, school, family, money problem, health problem, future problem, work problem, etc... plenty of thoughts which doesn't help our life at all burst forth.
